1.) MY CAR IS IN NARMADA HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTRE IN BHOPAL SINCE 26 DEC.
2.) IT TOOK THE COMPANY (HYUNDAI MOTORS) & THE CAR DEALER COMPLETELY 54 DAYS TO GET BACK MY CAR IN WORKING CONDITION.
3.) REASON FOR DELAY WAS NON-AVAILABILITY OF REQUIRED PARTS IN THE REGIONAL DEPOT OF HYUNDAI.
4.) FOR THE ABOVE REASON I HAVE TRIED TO APPROACH SEVERAL SENIOR OFFICIALS OF HYUNDAI AT THE BELOW MENTIONED E-MAIL ADDRESSES:-

5.) BUT TO NO RESPONSE.
6.) THE VEHICLE IS FINALLY READY AT THE WORKSHOP BUT QUESTION IS, IS HYUNDAI GOING TO PAY ME FOR THIS INCONVENIANCE REACHED TO ME?
7.) I HIRED A PRIVATE FOUR WHEELER FROM THE LOCAL MARKET @ RS 400/- DAY TO MEET MY DOMESTIC NEEDS. IF NOT CONSUMER CONVENIANCE WHY CANT HYUNDAI PAY FOR THIS LOANER CAR WHICH I HAD HIGHERED.
8.) I AM SURE THERE IS AN OPTION FOR THIS BECAUSE ON 15TH FEB I WAS OFFERED THIS OPTION BY ONE OF THE AREA MANAGER'S OF HYUNDAI OF MAHARASHTRA ZONE, MR DESAI.
9.) IF HE CAN OFFER ME THIS OPTION SO LATE THAT IS AFTER 48 DAYS, QUESTION IS WHAT FOR THE 48 DAYS WHICH HAD ALREADY PASSED?
10.) I WANT THE COMPANY TO PAY FOR THIS INCONVENIANCE REACHED TO ME.
