Not honouring Guarantee

Beware of Nimbus Motors in Noida. While selling an i-10, they were all very agreable but once I bought the vehicle about 8 months ago, they are not even providing me the essentail services and honouring the guarantee given by Hyundei motors. It is a shame that Hyundei mototrs is also not doing anything to my numerous complaints. Please have a look at my last few complaints:

Dear Sir,

Please pay attention to my followining mails sent to you earlier. After my first complaints last month, your office called me several times and assured me a proper service through Nimbus mototrs. I am back to NCR for few days and Nimbus motor is refusing to do proper service. Their GM service Mr. Dixit is extremely rude and insulting. He wants me stay in the workshop while he gets the service done. I am an old person and cannot do that.

It is upto Hyundei motors to provide the custmors a proper guarantee and not fool the custmors.

I called also your toll free number and it says this number does not exists.

I called your mobile emergency number 9873564645 and was responded by Sushika who refused to file my complaint. She provided me another number for NCR 011 66022000 which rings but does not answer.

This is too much of mistreatment of customers.

I hope after this mail, your office will act and provide me the guarantee and the proper service.

The Nimbus motor is misbehaving again and not honouring the guarantee. You are also not replying to my mails.

You are not reacting to my mails. Please read the details below in the earlier mail. This complaint has been going on for the last 6 weeks. If you do not react in next 24 hours for first service and mending the problems of the car, I am going to write a report to the Ministry of Heavy Industries.

Please note the following emails I sent you earlier (pasted below). Despite several telephone calls from your customer care and also some phone calls from Nimbus motors, they are not honouring the guarnatee and providing a proper service. It was decided by your customer care that Nimbus will repeat my first service. Now I am in Noida for few days, I called Mr. Dixit from Nimbus service station. He is not bothered about my earlier complaints and instead is offering to do a service at my home. Now what kind of service is that which is outside the workshop?

Please take the Nimbus motors to task and have a proper first service done for my vehicle. Please also provide me a mobile number of one contact person in Nimbus who will take care of the services properly.

The ultimate responsibility is on Hyundei motors and they have to ensure that the dealer provides proper service and hnour the guarantee.

Dear Sir,

Hope you got my following mail from yesterday.

When I bought this car, I had told the sales boys that I live abroad and I can only get service done when I am in my home in Noida. It was agreed that I can do three services in two years at my convenience. I have been in India since Dec. 19 and have made several phone calls for service whenever I am in Noida. They never gave me any time, as you see also in my mail below.

After many phone calls, I got the appointment for this morning for 8-30, return at 12 noon latest- Mr. Anais promised me that. However, this morning after five phone calls, the car was picked up at 11 AM. After a short while, I was told on the phone that they will not do first service, but second. I did not agree to it and some Mr. Sharma, GM service sent my car back. It took me another 5 phone calls and fight to remind them their promise.

Nimbus motors is treating customers badly. To sell, they promise anything and later they refuse even the promised services.

Please take a serious view of my complain.

Dear Sir,

Your after sale service is just awful. For the last three months, I have been trying to the first service of my car done and it was not possible. Even the emergency number given by Nimbus Hyundei says that Mr. Anise will come after two days or you can call the office. This is a very sorry state of affairs.

Besides that, the car is still stinking badly from inside, CD player deos not work and consumption of petrol is much higher than what you promise. At long distance, it was only 13-14 Km per litre.

I request you to address all these complaints immediately.

I live in India only partly and it is very important for me that your service is done when I am here.

I appeal to the persons having complaints with Hyundei to get together with me and we will report to the Ministy of Heavy Industry. This company and its dealers are taking us for a ride and think that there is a ´jungle raj and there is no law and order.

WE MUST TAKE THEM TO TASK!!!
