Exchange Bonus and Corporate Discount

I purchased Hyuandai i10 from Goyal Automotive Limited, Jalandhar vide Invoice Number: H200900404 dated 22/07. In the package I was offered exchange bonus of Rs.15000 and corporate discount of Rs.4000 to be paid within three months from the date of purchase. I completed all the formalities within prescribed period but I have not so far heard anythinh from the concerned dealer. No one is making proper reply to my query.

Please apprise me with the factual position and inform within what time I will get my exchange bonus and corporate discount.
