Non payment of exchange bonus

I bought a I 10 car in my wife's name bearing Regn. No. DL 3CB 0960 during end Jan from dealer " Suhrit Hyundai" Mayapuri. Unfortunately the dealer closed down the business. It took more than 6 months to get my Registration card from the RTO (after lot of follow up with customer care of Hyundai. Now I am following

up with them for the last one year for the Exchange Bonus. The Company is not

bothered to pay the same.
