Mixing of kerosene in diesel

In pathanadu, (kottayam) there is an ibp filling station (chennattu fuels, tin no.32051526052)

i fill diesel for Rs 200 bill no (86636) in my car (kl-2 C 6465)

the diesel countain too much of kerosene, it does not countain any charecter of diesel

it have smell of kerosene.i asked about it to the officials. they told me to go and complaint.i have a sample of the diesel .this not only my complainte lot of people is complaining about this.this is the only filling station in this place. so kindly do the nessary action
