Payment Refund

I have received the following confirmation mail from Goibibo for which I have contacted ICICI Bank but they say that they are helpless as they have not received any refund from Goibibo.

After contacting Goibibo they also repeat the same thing that they cant help as they have processed the refund to ICICI Bank.

I really dont know whom to contact now for the refund.
