Non delivery of cylinder at home

I have taken LPG connection from INDANE Gas distributer M/s Arvin Gas Services (5, Kabirpur Road, model Town, Sonipat 131001, Haryana). This connection is approx 9 years old. My customer number is 12548.I have booked my gas for refile on 01/11 on their telphone no 0130-2201948 and distributer give me booking ref. number 113 and said me that gas will be delivered with in three days. in this regards so many follow-ups they simply says '' Kal Bhej denge'' but till date I couldn't receive the delivery at home.

I Personnaly request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority as their services are very-very-very poor.
