Company is not renewing my Auto Insurance Policy and denying to provide the services

I have a Bike Insurance with IFFCO-TOKIO having Cover Note No- 71030698. This has been expired and company is denying to provide the services for renewal and asking to get it renewed from any other city. Staff is rude, irresponsible and least bothered. Please help me on this.
