Late delivery

I am not getting the gas cylinder at correct time .i booked the gas in 9/11, but still today (9/12) i dint get the gas.

my agency (ashoka gas agency kannamoola tvm) is not responcible . i want my gas cylynder very soon and my cnsumer is
