Late delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

i had booked a cylinder through anand enterprises bhimnagar, Gurgaon dated 27 dec but till to date the cylinder is not delivered.whenever i call them they always say that the cylinder will deliver with in two days and i have only one connection at home for this i am facing problem due to this inconveinence.please take action as soon as possible.
