My INDANE cooking gas distributor :

MAHESHWARI INDANE GAS SERVICES,

Mahamedha Bank,

Opposite Doodheshwar Nath park,

Delhi Gate, G.T.Road, Ghaziabad

is doing all types of malpractices in booking, supply of cooking gas:

1. Not attending the phone for booking.

2. Not giving the booking number so that the consumer is assured that his gas is booked.

3. If there are two connections in a family, only one gets supplied at a time.

4. After delivery, 21 days time allotted for the next booking. I do not think that it is a hard and fast guideline from IOCL for their distributors.

5. Consumer cannot change his distributor for the cooking gas when there are two or more dealers supplying cooking gas in the same residential area.

6. When booked on the phone or manually, the distributor picks out the booking card and put a later date to delay the supplies. suppose if we book gas on 16 January, he puts the date 26 January.

7. The address given has nothing more than a table, chair and a registor, and a person who does not know anything about the status of booking, and has a mugged up answer&-#039;'number note kara dijiye, jaldi gas bhijwa denge''.
