I am an ex servicemen who served in IAF for 20 years.now i am working in a private sector. my wife is also employed.my problem is that when ever we book for gas .they bring gas when nobody is at home.i asked my agency manager to deliver after 4 pm .he told it is not possible then i opted for another option that i personally come and collect from godown but he refused.at stage please suggest me what i should do. my consumer no is 38988.my agency's name is jo agencies irinjalakuda, thrissur, kerala.
