Delay in cylinder delivery

Dear Sir/madam,

My consumer no. is . 85427. I booked for the gas on 21 st sept form KALPANA GAS AGENCY Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. But as on 26th sept I havent received the cylinder yet. When I contacted the concern person he answerd that I will get it in more 15 days.

My question is why there is such delay when in BLACk people are geting it instsntly by paying 500 rupees. and consumer has to suffer???

I request the concern authority of Indane gas agency to look in this matter and make necessary action against Klpana gas agency.
