I am a customer of Pradeep Gas Agency since last 20 months.

1) I never rcvd a cylinder by phone booking. Their phone engage all the time.

2) Every time I went to the agency to book the cylinder.

3) They took 10-12 days to get the cylinder delivered.

4) The services during complaints are very very poor. I got my regulator changed after three visit to the agency.

5) The total behavior of the the staff members towards the customer is absolutely hope less.
