Not supplying gas in time

I am u d pandey, my indane gas consumer no is d s 15184, . wheneve i book gas they donot supply in time, for booking also the telephone is invariably busy, evenif the dial tone come, nobody picks up the phone, this time i have booked 15 days back, i am still waiting for supply of cylinder of gas,

i am a senior citizen, living alone in the flat, i was director in ministry of defence, .

this ds gas service of pooth kalan, budh vihar, delhi is not giving good service,

their gas service should be cancelled.
