Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking;

My consumer no to gas is 181 at gupta gas agencies, kasganj

I booked gas for home delivery 10 days back but till today 30.12.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even, i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indane

so i req. to u pls. solved my problem and take action against gupta gas agency
