Non Receipt of Cylinder in Time/They have priority only their friends/relatives/They are dont pick up the phone calls

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Umesh S. Kothari, residing in Ahmedabad. My gas connection is on my father's name, booking no. is 4637. Our account in your agency in Bhikshukhgrah, Odhav branch, Ahmedabad.

I was book my refill on 16/03, and I could not get my cylinder till date.

I reiterate the phone call on 079-22875960, 22873053, bu there is nobody can pick the phone also. And they had offten use bad language, whenever I told him why I could not get cylinder in time?

I think that they have priority to give the cylinder only their friends/relatives/neighbors only.

This kind of matter is happened every time, but, now I have no passion, that is the reason I force to wright you.
