we have booked for re-filling of gas ON 05/05 through SMS (Booking No.--1475) but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 11/05 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone.
therefore i request you to take necessary action.
