Non delivery of Cylinde

Hi,

I have booked Indane gas (Consumer number -11303) through online facility on July 21st 2011 but till today i have not received it. I am helpless neither local agency is helping us and we dont know where to go. Appreciate your help as to whom to contact to get this job done.
