My Consumer No. is 3455-thru an Indane Dealer KLEEN GAS at Unit-3, Bhubaneswar. Everytime I found that they habitually delaying in supplies. In May they had billed the Gas Cylinder on 26th May and physically supplied on 1st of June only when I visited. Again in June they took our booking on 14th only on my visit. Although I had booked on 10th by phone. But till 6th of June they had not supplied.
When I started enquiry from 29th, everyday they used to commit supply next day. When I visited on 6th they commited to supply at any cost on 6th itself but they didnot.
I have certain doubts that the other dealers in town are supplying within 10-15 days, than why this dealer is harrassing.
