Non receipt of refills in time/taking 25 days for regn, then more than 10 days for supply

I am a consumer in Sri Bhuvaneshvari Gas Agency Ambasamudram

and my consumer no is7779.This agency is taking 25 days after isssue of a refill for booking another refill. In the same way

the agency is taking more than 11 days for suppling a refill

from the date of regn. This left the consumer as helpless

and to suffer a lot. Kindly do the needful to set right the problem and minimise our dificalties. Thanking you sir.
