We have consumer no 11208 with Ela gas agency, Noida. The agency was closed 40-50 days back and our connection was transferred to Kasana gas agency. We are booking our gas with them for more than 35 days. Everytime they say your gas is booked and when gas is not delivered for more than 7 days we ask them and they say your gas was not booked. This has happened to us 4 times. This time they say your connection has been transferred to Agnihotri gas agency. Today when I went TO Agnihotri gas agency, they say your connection will reach us next monday. All the gas agencies seem to be making fool of us. As a result of that we are not delivered any cylinder for more than 40 days now and we are facing great problems. Please look ito it.
