Lot of trouble during connection transfe

Dear Sir,

I have shifted from Pune to Ahmednagar. During I have teaken transfer Form (FORM NO- LPG-A1) from Siddhivinayak Agency, Kothrud Pune. But Now In Ahmednagar, the Swami Samarth Agency of INDANE Gas is not recieving this Transfer Form (FORM NO- LPG-A1), as well as they are demanding confirmation letter (which is already avialable online) from siddhivinayak agency, Pune through us. Actually this confirmation letter is INDANE's internal document, which should be furnished by these Gas agencies only.

That's why I am suffering lot of trouble due to being customer of INDANE.

Please Help.
