Non supply of refilling gas

I am a consumer of neelam gas kaithal (haryana) with consumer card no k850.i booked gas for refilling, home delivery on 16.11.2009 under booking no 4831.i did not receive the cylinder till today .i reminded the agency for the last ten days continueously.every time i am assured that it will be supplied today and noted down my address & tele.no.every day.i am a senior citizen with heart problem and knee problem as well.myself &my wife are only members in house.i am really harassed.

you are requested to please take necessary action.
