Dear Sirs,

Area - Pattabiram (Gopalapuram - West - 4th Street)

Supplier Agent: M/s. Raghavendra Agency - Avadi - Chennai / Tamil Nadu

We have booked our LPG Cylinder 47 days before, as of now we have been not supplied, whenever we try to contact the Agency (Raghavendra Agency-Avadi) through Telephone, we are unable to get connection, either their lines are busy or the not attending the calls.

I have enquired with my colleagues in my office, all of them are saying that they are not having such problems in their area, but we are facing this problem in our place for the past six months and above.

Though we have two LPG connections, it has been of No use. I do not have in stock the other cylinder to use once the first one is gets over.

Please take concrete action so that inconvenience like this should not happen to the consumers hereafter.
