I have booked on 06.01.2010 and my serial no. is 1015 as informed me on telephone. The agency is at BURLA, Sambalpur, Orissa. Till today i.e on 21.10.10 the same has not been delivered even after lot of assurances from their end for early supply. This is their usual way. Secondly the counter is open only during the official time hence we are opting for home delivery but the agency always advise us to come to their counter which we can not do on official timing
