Issuance of gas connection

Dear Sir

I Debadutta residing in jeewan naga, ashram had gone to book a new lpg connection to POPULAR Chemist (INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTER). But They refused to give a new connection. Because the told me that they had already issued 5-6 lpg connection in my residence address.but there is no single connection either in my name or in the name of my family members.

So I request you kindly look in to the matter and please issue me a lpg connection as son as possible.
