Very much delay in delivery

I booked my gas cylender as on 20.02.2010 and the same should be delivered within 48 hours of the booking as per company schedule. my booking number is 470 but the same is not delivered till date i.e.24.02.2010.The agency Gemini Enterprised, Najafgarh, New Delhi. The agency never response telephone calls. This is agency general practice. you are there requested to take the matter concerned higher authority and concerned vigilance authority.
