Late delivery, shortage of gas in thecylinde

Sir,

I am residing 7 km awat from baloda bazar (Raipur).here we have only one gas agency (bomleswari gas agency).this agency supplies gas very late.it comes to our ares in two/three months.some times the gas cylinders washer is not properly placed, the weight of gas is less no provision of weighing the the exact weight.

please take some action
