It is submitted that I am in possession of LPG connection with two cylinder with M/S Sunder Shyam Enterprises, DDA Market, Janakpur, A1, New Delhi. Usually I go for booking of gas when LPG gas of one of the cylinder gets exhausted since it takes more than 10 days to deliver the gas. This time I got LPG gas booked on 26 Feb 10 and finally delivered on 20 Mar after several request made to the Agency. Also at the time of booking, registration number is not being given. This sort of attitude on the part dealer put the customer into harrasment. The said enterprise also do not attend telephone and the customer has travel a long distance just for booking the gas.
