Gas cilinder issue

Sir,

With due respect i am informing you that i have booked a gas cilinder on 03/03 but till now they are unable to provide me the gas. Whenever i called up in help desk they are telling u will get the gas cilinder tomorrow or day after tomorrow (atleast three times i have called). Plz look in to this matter.
