Really this is very Embaressing for everyone not only for me every time i booked a gas and get delivery after 15-20 Days, Why does it happen never heard any answer from the dealers, Located in Saket Sondhi Gas Agency. I have tried the no regulerly but they dont have any managment and system wherein they supply gas at time. they should have someone to attend the calls of valuable customer.
no satisfaction from the services before delivery they need to inform the customer in case they are not responding to any call, they have to understand it may be any customer wants to give them some information about their presence or absent.
1. never get a call from the dealer.
2.or they never made a call to customer.
due to this miscommunication problem i am very disturp. Still confused about it who is responsible for it. know it very well that i am complaining to consumer forum and fact is that tey had a lots of complaints in regular basis which will surely takes time to resolve my problem. its been 10 days i booked my gas and dont know after complaining how mre days i need to wait. Not only emb... but whomsoever is taking care of this gas booking in saket sondhi gas needs to follow up system immediatly and please take strick action against it.
