Late dilevery and bad customer service

Sir,

i am a regular customer of indane gas since 20 years but sorry to say that

i never ever got cylinder delivered at right time. they take more than 45 days to deliver cylinder and when we complain to distributor he and his workers use bad language and tells that what ever you want you can do, we will beat you, and many more bad words. i want to file a complaint against my indane gas distributor which is

please help me sir what to do.
