I am a customer with sunny gas agency, perambur & consumer no. 6904 i`ve been customer for morethan 10years.

now i shifted my residence to madavaram, regarding transfer i` spoke to sunny they want address confirmation with agency who supply in madavaram area (rajesh gas supply) i took the address stamp in my gas supply book, and took it to sunny gas agency but the refuse to accept it, now they want Indemnity bond for (stamp papaer) Rs.200/- why is it reqd, for what pl. confirm this is to be submit in compulsory ir it not reqd..
