Cylinder not supplied

I had booked my cylinder over the phone on 21st april to my vendor SOM SERVICES 11/1A, Marquies street, kolkata - 16. Code no. - 99194243. after passing 6 days my staff approached the vendor to enquire about the supply of the cylinder, the vendor promised to supply the same within 2 days. But he failed to supply. Again my staff approached the vendor on the 4th of may but he was told that your cylinder booking has not yet done. After hot debate the vendor booked the cylinder and gave the booking slip and promised the supply within 2 days. But again he failed to do that. Again i called up the vendor on the 7th of may to enquire about the supply, again he promised to supply within 1 or 2 days but he failed. I request you to look into the matter and take strick action against the vendor.
