Indane Gas
Non Supply of Gas and the attitude of the counter staff

Dear Sir,

My consumer Nrs for the Indane gas is 35424 with shobha gas agencies near Valluvar Kottam Chennai.

We made the booking on 27th may and they have not yet supplied the gas. When we call them the girl by name Kamtchi is too rude with us and she don't answer if we call and ask for not delivering the gas. She will tell us only one answer. That is it will come with in today evening. When we called 2 days back she told me the same. We both are doing business and we will not be at home all time. So I called today after 2 days of our contact they told me with in today evening. But I told them I want to go out let me know will it come with in today. She disconnected the phone imm when we asked for time. Then I called the manager one Mr. Saravanan spoke to me and he is telling me leave your money and empty gas cylinder to your neighbor and collect it. No one is ready to tell me when they will deliver it.
