I have been using a connection consisting of 2 cilinders since a decade and i had carried this connection at many places on the course of my transfer. Recently i have got my connection transferred from Rupa, Arunachal Pradesh to Tezpur in Assam Sonitpur District where i have approached M/s Blueflame Gas Agency (Phone no 03712-220833) with my Transfer voucher. To my worse experince ever the agency has said that they does not have paper to make new voucher and IOC Guwahati is not supplying them. It is already a week and i have not been issued cilinders, regulator etc for which i am facing lot of hardship managing meals for self and family.
It is requested at your end to intervene into the matter so that i receive my Cilinders and assessories at the earliest.
