DELAY IN DELIVERY

Dear Sir,

With reference above subject i booked gas refill on date 28-05-10 but no delivery till date, agency person asked me that company more crisis in refill gas so i more delay in delivery,

IOC is Indias largest company and Navratna so i can't beleave it,

it is very bad practice & reputation for company

I am very suffer more time and harrasment

I hope you take immediately action
