No proper delivery

i made booking on 25/08 until now (28/09) i did not get slinder when i go ask consern person he always used to say the slinder delivery man he will come to ur home to deliver the slinder. but nobody coming to deliver. They are not working properly so please take effect on this issue it will be good to ur all customers. also they are not answering to the phone.
