My name is Rajeev Ranjan. I have taken a new Indane Gas connection from Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Sector - 14, Opp. Air Force School, Delhi Road, Gurgaon Ph. 9871247755, 9910002677. My Com. No. is 213286, which I have taken on 8/05/09. They have taken 4500 rupees for the connection and gave me a lighter, hot plate, 1 cylinder, stand, lighter etc. And for Apran they have charged 270 rupees. and yet not given. it's almost more than one year. whenever I call them, either they don't pick the phone or otherwise simply give me an excuse that they don't have Apran in stock. Finally they said whenever you will take the 2nd cylinder we will deduct that money from the amount which you will pay to take a 2nd one. On feburary 20th 2010 I have applied for the 2nd cylinder, for which they said that they will give me the 2nd cylinder after 6 months. now it's more that 6-7 months but they are not providing the 2nd cylinder. everytime they give an excuse that they don't have a stock. but they are giving a new connections to the people because with new connection they are earing money. Whenver I go there they don't even listen what we want to say. they always misbehave with the customers and don't even pick their bloody phones. you can't even book your cylinder. noone is there who can listen to the customer's complaints. Tell me what to do. The no. which they have provided me for the 2nd cylinder is DBC 121038330002094 20/02/10. Please do something if you can do anything. They are just harrasing the customers. doing nothing else.
