I have booked gas refill cylender with my Local vender M/s Muthapen Gas Agence, Mambram. Ph. No-0490 2382666 on 22/09. Till this day they havre not delivered the cylender. My consumer No. 4910. When ever I telephone they are not responding or giveing exact date of delivery. It is making us very painful for contacting them often. When I went there personally they say that it will be served tomorrow. Kindly take yup the issue and give us a better service.
