INORDINATE DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG-DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION CYLINDER

IOC Consumer No. 28291 attached to 'Rashmi Gas Agency', TTripunithura, Ernakulam District (Tel. Nos. 0484-277946) is in my name. I have booked for LPG on 27.09.2010 under booking No. 73 through IOC helpline No.0484-235992. But till date I have not been supplied with LPG.
Therefore, I contacted IOC again in their No.0484-235992.Since it is IVRC they have booked again for LPG today. So it is apprehended that they might have already released my LPG under my earlier booking on 27.09.2010 which the agency might have given to somebody else.
Kindly look into the matter whether there is any malpractice in supply of gas and if so pls take necessary action to stop such activities. My email id is [email protected].
