Activation of old connection

My self Ritesh Verma having the connection no. 16123 it is disconnected due to the non booking of any bottle during six months. I have submitted all the paper for activation of the connection 20 days ago but till date it is not activated. when I inquire about it then there is no reply.

Authorized dealer is Mahindra Gas Agency

located at Dhoraji Station Road Rajkot-360410

And i am facing problem for collecting the bottle.
