Not Accepting my transfer Lette

Dear Sir

I have transfer my gas from Mata SHEETLA GAS SERVICE (GURGAON) and they have transfer it to sringeri enterprise gurgaon. Sringeri enterprise people told me that

they did not supply gas to sec:- 4 gurgaon (my current location). Anand enterprise use to supply it takes 3 weeks to resolve issue that Anand will supply the gas for me. When I went to anand they told me to bring papers (like rent agreement, photo, id).when I go there they told me that they have closing so they do the process when I went next month

stationary was finished and now they are tell me that your transfer voucher date is finished and our officer who sits on ragu gas service on first staurday of the month will verify it than we will accept your document. Three months has been passed I don't have my gas document. Please look into this matter.
