Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S CHOUDHARY GAS DISTRIBUTORS, Bastacolla, Dhanbad. on 24-06. My consumer number is CH-2652. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. Since then they are everyday saying that " It will be dispatched today.." When I went to the agency to inquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull. It is their regular practice but this time they have crossed limits..
