With due respect I, Prabir Khanra, customer ID 001704 want to state that I had collected a gas cylinder from M/s Haroa Gas Service, Distributor of Indane on 19th August (Booked on 9th August). The gas cylinder could not be used after a few days when approximately 2 kgs of gas was used up. The remaining gas was not comming out due to technical defects. I had reported this to the distributor but he/she refused to take any steps for redressal of the same. In view of the above I would request you to take necessary action at the earliest & oblige.
