We are customer of Indane (Cust No. 11356). We were delivered a Cylinder which we had put on 17.12.11 and there has been hardly much of utilisation of Gas. We are a family of 6 members and we only use Gas to cook food only which is also in the morning. In the aftrnoon only 8-10 chapatis are cooked and in the evening again about 14 chappatis, one dal and soup in winters. Normally it has been availble to get thru for 25 days. This time it has been just 6 days and on 23rd morning the Gas was empty.
We have been getting Gas frm Mohanil Gas Service, IIT Chowk, Near Essex Farms.
We have been trying to contact your Toll free no. 18002333555 there is no reponse, we tried 23411282, there is no response & 23411654 the no. does not exist. There was another no. for Leakage - 981041178 (there was no response), another no. 981042845 (which is obviously a wrong no.).
ONE OF INDIA'S LARGEST GAS SERVICE INDANE OF INDIAN OIL, HAVING A VERY BAD CUSTOMER PROCESS AS NONE OF THERE NOS. DEFINED ON THERE INVOICE ARE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER OR HELP A CUSTOMER.
