A cylinder with gas has been delivered to me and the seale of the gas is till not borken but all the gas has leaked. I have complained on 17.03.2012 and my complain no is 191 dated 17.03.2012 to the gas shop named " Gas and Novelties" situated at Ballavpur, 176/G G.T.Road, Serampore Hooghly West Bengal. Now give me the valued opinion of yours so that the cylinder is replaced as soon as possible.
