My mobile No. 09414-66167, Consumer No. 337, with PUNSUP GAS AGENCY, KHARAR-140301, DISTT. SAS NAGAR (MOHALI), PUNJAB UNDER THE CHANDIGARH INDANE OFFICE.
I am Indane consumer and my consumer No. is 337, with (Indane Gas Agency) PUNSUP GAS SERVICE, KHARAR, PIN 140301, DISTT SAS NAGAR (MOHALI) PUNJAB. I have booked my refill with the agency on dated 03/07, after some day I inquire for non refiling of my cylinder then the agency delivery man whose mobile no . 092560-89638 for my refill then he say your family members refused to refill the cylinder than I say non of my family member refused to refill the cylinder you are telling lie. Then he say that the delivery will be given to me on next day i.e. 20/07, when on dated 20/07 he did not supplied the gas to me than I brought this fact with the agency but same time delivery man came there and told to me that he did not locate my house at that time I say earlier some ago you say that my family member refused to refill the cylinder and now you are saying that you did not locate my house. Thereafter the agency staff told me that delivery will be absolutely available on 23/07 but till date they could not refill my cylinder and the said delivery man on mobile say to me on dated 28/07 GO ANY WHERE HE HAS LINK WITH GAS AGENCY AS WELL AS HIGHER AUTHORITY OF INDANE NO ONE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.
SO, it is humbly requested that necessary direction/action may kindly be taken against the agency as well as delivery man and directed to them to supply the refill of my cylinder at once.
