Indane gas cylinder
Gas Cylinder not received

I have booked Gas Cylinder on 12.7.11 vide CM no. 8201143, but till today on 23.7.11 I have not received the Gas Cylinder. But on Gas Booking No. 9911554411, the status of my Gas Cylinder is delivered on 13.7.11, but I have not received the Gas Cylinder Then Where The Gas Cylinder has gone. I done compaint on 19.7.11 vide complaint no. 14885, they told me that I received the cylinder in 2 days, but 4 days has gone the Cylinder is not received to me. I don't know what's the problem why I am not getting the Cylinder? If there is any problem then what's the problem? I get fed up.
